Filling out Contact Forms

When using the function of filling out a contact form to submit a CV (hereinafter: CV), the website user/candidate is required to provide certain personal information (such as name, surname, email, phone number, and other information contained in the CV) to enable communication between the company and the visitor/candidate. The website user/candidate has the right to request access to their data and request its deletion by sending a request to the email address opstasluzba@deltaholding.rs.

The company collects only the data necessary for the purpose of candidate selection for employment. The data from the CV is used exclusively to assess the suitability of candidates for a specific position. By uploading your CV to the company’s website, you explicitly consent to the processing of your data.

Only those involved in the selection process within the company have access to the CVs.

Personal data is processed for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and may be stored afterward for archiving/preservation to protect the legitimate rights/interests of the company, when such a need is identified (e.g., in case of an investigation, legal disputes, etc.). After the processing period expires, personal data will be permanently removed or anonymized in accordance with Delta Agrar’s data protection procedures.
