Machinery Service
The machinery program also includes our post-sales segment, a team of qualified service technicians. Every sold machine is commissioned in the field, where our teams provide training and familiarize users with the functions of the new equipment.
We perform services and repairs both in our modern workshop and in the field with the help of our mobile teams, who are ready and trained to fix any breakdown of your machinery.
We are also equipped with the latest electronic devices for diagnosing faults and specialized tools for resolving them and replacing worn-out parts.
Spare Parts
A significant segment of post-sales service is the sale of spare parts. Parts are ordered using electronic catalogs that contain over 80,000 spare parts that can be ordered within seconds, meaning spare parts can be available within just 24 hours. We also have a large in-house stock of original spare parts that are immediately available. We offer a 6-month labor warranty on all original parts installed by our service department.
Our sales staff are here to help you choose the right original spare part and consumables, such as oils, filters, batteries, and similar items.
You can pick up parts in person, or we can ship them to you via courier services.
