Introducing our HR Director, Bojana Žižović

Today, we are pleased to introduce our HR Director, Bojana Žižović, who has been with the company for 19 years! We are sharing the story of her remarkable career – from a trained engineer to the heart of our human resources department. Bojana reveals how an unplanned step into HR became her intentional passion and professional calling.

She shared with us her thoughts on the role of women at Delta Agrar and why she believes that shared values, faith, and loyalty are the keys to longevity within the company.
