The Zaječar estate covers about 480 hectares of arable land, with intensive production of global apple and cherry varieties on 255 hectares.
Besides apples and cherries, grapes are also grown. The orchard is located at 150 meters above sea level, providing ideal conditions for the growth and development of fruit due to the optimal combination of sunlight, temperature, and humidity.
The pig farm Halovo, producing 25,000 pigs annually, ensures high productivity and quality.
Various crops such as wheat, corn, and sunflowers are also grown on the estate.
