The Young Leaders program was launched by Delta Holding in 2012 for young, educated individuals without experience who want to start their careers in one of the most successful companies in the region.
During the one-year program, Young Leaders immediately start working in a real business environment. They have the opportunity to learn the basics, deepen their knowledge in one or more areas, and gain a complete picture of the business. Every year, new young people join us, most of whom stay and build their careers within Delta Agrar, becoming a key part of our team.
Delta’s Future is a talent program dedicated to developing future leaders of our company. It is designed for young talents within the Delta system who stand out with exceptional results and leadership potential.
The program lasts 3 years and provides strategic development through various activities such as trainings, mentorship, and individual coaching. Participants work on projects that explore new innovative directions for business development.
Through the program, they acquire leadership skills, understand the corporate world, step outside the boundaries of their business positions, and familiarize themselves with the functions of other sectors.
