Čelarevo
At the Čelarevo estate, which spans about 650 hectares, Delta Agrar engages in intensive plant production. A variety of crops and vegetables are cultivated here, including seed wheat, corn, soybeans, seed soybeans, sugar beets, and potatoes.
On as much as 445 hectares, intensive production of well-known global apple varieties is conducted using advanced Sudtirol technology. This method involves extremely dense planting with row spacing of 3.2 meters and between-tree spacing within the row of 0.8 meters.
This method allows for a symbolic yield in the first year, while full yields of 60 to 70 tons per hectare are reached in the fifth year of cultivation.
The orchard is equipped with an anti-frost system, irrigation and fertigation systems, as well as hail protection, ensuring top quality and yield of apples.
