Eight Months of the XIII Generation of Young Leaders at Delta Agrar
Last week, we organized a meeting between Delta Agrar’s Young Leaders and our CEO, Luka Popović. The purpose of the gathering was to exchange experiences from the program so far, share innovative ideas, and offer practical advice. It was truly inspiring to hear the impressions and perspectives of colleagues from different sectors — from finance, logistics, and marketing to those with direct experience in production.
These diverse viewpoints encouraged an open discussion about development, leadership, and future opportunities for improving processes within the company. Such meetings strengthen collaboration, team spirit, and the foundation for Delta Agrar’s future leaders. We are pleased to continue building a program that provides young talents with the space to grow, learn, and actively contribute to the development of our business.
