Livestock production is organized through pig farming and dairy production.
Pig Farming
Pig farming is carried out on 5 farms and through cooperation, with a total annual production of over 115,000 pigs intended for domestic retail chains. The primary goal of the pig farming sector is to achieve the best production results in fattening pigs with a high percentage of meat for the market.
Dairy Production
Milk production takes place on 2 farms with a total annual production of about 17,000,000 liters of milk. The primary goal of the cattle sector is the production of high-quality milk.

Halovo
The foundation of successful and profitable pig production is the Nucleus multiplication farm in Stara Pazova, with GGP-GP sows of high genetic potential from the well-known company DanBred, as well as the A.I. Center with 75 top-quality boars. The designed capacity of the Nucleus farm is 400 GGP-GP sows. The Nucleus farm produces highly productive gilts used for herd renewal on all Delta Agrar farms.
The Petrović Salaš farms have a closed production process, with fattening pigs as the final product.
The Vladimirovac and Kozara farms produce piglets for further fattening. Some of these piglets are fattened in cooperation, while others are intended for sale in the Serbian market. The Halovo farm is engaged in the production of fattening pigs.
All Delta Agrar farms are built to serve as prototypes of farms that will be developed in the future. The space is designed in such a way that, with good management and top genetics, maximum production results can be achieved. All environmental protection standards, as well as standards related to animal welfare, are strictly followed in daily operations and are in accordance with EU regulations in these areas.
Milk Production
At its estates, Delta Agrar uses the most modern equipment that monitors milking and herd movements, with the goal of enabling all necessary conditions for obtaining the highest quality milk and increasing milk production per cow. The Danish genetics principle has been introduced, which ensures the expression of genetic potential for high milk production, better selection processes, tracking of cows and milk production, as well as improving the chemical composition of the milk itself.

The farm currently has 1,000 milking cows and breeding animals of various categories (breeding heifers and female calves). The annual production plan is about 11,000,000 liters of milk. Breed composition: Black Holstein, Danish genetics – Vikinggenetics.
Farma Topola
The farm currently has 500 milking cows and breeding animals of various categories (breeding heifers and female calves). The annual production plan is about 6,000,000 liters of milk. Breed composition: HF-Black Holstein.
Delta Agrar, for the needs of its dairy farms, produces high-quality roughage and concentrated animal feed on its own, which is supplied from its own fields designated for this purpose.
The production of quality feed on an annual basis will ensure continuity in the production process, as the animals receive the same meal every day, and the nutritional value of the feed follows the stages of production. This ensures a good source of protein and energy from a quality roughage meal, directly impacting the reduction of concentrate use in the diets of high-milk-yield cows, which can significantly affect the cost of milk production.
