Selsem – More than half a century of excellence in soybean production. Since 1973, the Selsem brand has been synonymous with leadership in the development of high-yielding soybean varieties that are resistant to diseases and unfavorable growing conditions.
Since 2010, Selsem has been part of Delta Agrar. Seed processing is carried out at the Delta Seme processing center in Sombor, using modern machines and proven technology.
At the end of this process, we obtain seeds of uniform quality, with the prescribed germination, germination energy, and the weight of 1,000 grains.
These varieties have been successfully introduced to markets across Europe for over 10 years.
Selsem soybean varieties are synonymous with stability, adaptability to different growing conditions, and potential for high yields.
Through long-term research and development, we have achieved that the new Selsem range is highly resistant to lodging, tolerant to most economically significant pathogens, and resistant to pod shattering.
The Selsem soybean range contains high-quality oil and protein content, and in sum, for each Selsem variety, it is at least 60%.
Only seeds from the best producers and the best parcels are included in the seed processing.
Processing is carried out at the Delta Seme processing center in Sombor, and a specific feature of our processing is that inoculation is carried out directly at the processing center, significantly simplifying fieldwork and reducing the time and costs producers must invest.
