Jovana Janković

Jovana Janković studied at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad.

She joined Delta Holding in 2019 as a participant in the 7th generation of the Young Leaders Program. She began her career at Delta Agrar in the pesticide program, where she had the opportunity to experience all sectors—from finance, logistics, and pesticide registration to marketing and sales. She emphasizes that it was an exceptional path to understanding and comprehending the business. From the beginning, she gravitated toward marketing because it embodies creativity and freedom. When she had the opportunity to engage in it, she quickly realized that this was where she wanted to stay. She also worked at Mioni as Marketing and PR Manager.

Since 2022, she has been in the position of Marketing and PR Manager at Delta Agrar.
